One of the things I've learnt is that given the opportunity the best people to make your company grow and develop are probably already working for you.

 Often all they need is the chance to look at the problems and opportunities they face from a different perspective, explore new ideas and then implement them  and, somethimes, be introduced to the right people.  I work with a small group of clients to achieve this kind of change, either on a project basis or on a retained contract .

I've worked on web strategies, exec-produced online dramas, helped create brands, developed new formats and watched stars emerge in a number of companies  without having to burden them with an expensive new senior employee.
